Great day at Kroger for me!! I'm glad I didn't have to count my items like the past 4 weeks with buy 10 sales!! It was nice just getting the items I needed!!

Gas Deal!! This is great!!

Kroger has this great deal on gas...for every $100 you spend on groceries you get .10 off a gallon of gas...the kicker being...at you Kroger gas station. My brand new Fountain City Kroger lacks a gas station :( So I always rode with my eyes wide open (I know...what a concept) looking for a Kroger with gas pumps. But not anymore!! My good news is....duh duh dum...

Kroger & Shell have joined forces!!

This is so exciting!! Now the Breadbox/Shell, that I get my gas at most of the time anyway, now takes my Kroger card and gives me at least .10 off their advertised price!! For every $100 you spend you get .10...and it accumulates (not all in one trip) so for your period of time you may be up to $300 in groceries so that is....duh duh dum...-.30 per gallon!! I must give the hubby a copy of my Kroger card...because although I love a good deal...I still HATE to pump gas! But I am so excited!! Can't you tell by my sound effects!!

Kroger Finds ~ Week of 2/14

So I hit the Kroger yesterday and had a craptastic time at the pharmacy and and pretty swell time in the check-out...new year means new deductibles and Miller's tiny bottle of ear drops were $100! UGH! But in this week's ad there was a coupon for $20 back on a new prescription! So in the checkout line I got $120 worth of groceries for $40! And with that I got a lot of dinner stuff, not just stock up stuff!! Here are some of the deals I found!

There are also some great Catalina's out there this week. These are the coupons that printout after you have purchased certain items. They are money off your next purchase. I usually split my stuff up so I get Catalina's on the first order and use them on the second.
